Cargo loaded and released from depot to Exit border. All items verified against delivery note and invoice before sealing.

BORDER
Exit Border Clearance
Exit border agent acquits all documents and officially releases cargo to Zambia. This triggers the ZRA registration process.
Phase 2 — ZRA Registration & T1 Issuance

ZRA Ascuyda Entry
Braidfield Transport creates the entry in the ZRA Ascuyda system. This registers the shipment formally with Zambia Revenue Authority and generates a system reference number.

Payment Made
Payment made for entry into the ZRA Ascuyda system. Payment reference number recorded and payment receipt attached to the trip file.

T1 & Release Order Generated
Release order generated → T1 document issued for 5-day transit through Zambia.

At Sakania (Zambia side): cargo is officially acquitted. Trucks then cross to Sakania Congo side — entering the final leg of the journey.

Congo Final Destination
Buyer declares to Congolese customs → TR8 document generated. Buyer must pay taxes for T1 clearance.
48h parking limit — $25/day fine after

COMPLETE
Offloaded at Destination
T1 finalised → truck proceeds to offloading point. Cargo is received, signed off, and the trip is officially closed in the system.
